TRAIL OF TEARS To Embark On First-Ever Tour Of South America
June 18, 2008Norway's TRAIL OF TEARS has issued the following update:
"TRAIL OF TEARS will embark on their first-ever tour of South America in September/October 2008. After countless requests over the years, we are happy to announce that we will bring our music to your stages later this year. Dates and details will follow in the weeks to come so stayed tuned!"

TRAIL OF TEARS' fifth album, "Existentia", was issued in January 2007 via Napalm Records. The CD was recorded at Soundsuite Studio in Marseille, France with producer Terje Refsnes and includes contributions from French female singer Emmanuelle Zoldan and Norwegian keyboard master Bernt Moen.
TRAIL OF TEARS was last year rejoined by vocalist Cathrine Paulsen, who sang on the group's 2002 album, "A New Dimension of Might".
TRAIL OF TEARS members Jonathan Perez (drums),Kjell Hagen (bass),Runar Hansen (guitar) and Kjetil Nordhus (vocals) announced on November 28, 2006 that they were leaving the group. Vocalist Ronny Thorsen has since vowed to carry on with new members.
